Jackie Neidle 

Jackie Neidle is a Program Specialist at the Virginia Department of Education Training and Technical Assistance Center (T/TAC) at VCU. As a Program Specialist, she supports teachers and administrators in meeting the diverse needs of special education students in Virginia’s Superintendents regions one and eight. Her work is primarily focused on coaching school staff working with students with Intellectual Disabilities and Autism. Jackie also works with Assistive Technology Teams in building their knowledge and skills in the use of assistive technology to support student's educational and communication needs. She is part of the VDOE state-directed I’m Determined Project, fostering self-advocacy skills through the elements of self-determination. Prior to joining T/TAC she was a classroom teacher teaching students with multiple disabilities including Autism, Intellectual Disabilities, and Learning Disabilities in New York and Virginia.
